Our Solution – Minimising Transaction Times and Maximising Control
The EPoS system previously in place at Pie Bob’s Bakery was very slow to use and Neil was looking for new software that would make transactions more efficient and provide seamless management reporting and control.
A key requirement for any EPoS system installed in a bakery is to ensure that the equipment can withstand not just the excessive heat generated by the ovens, but also dust and liquid ingress that’s inevitable in a busy bakery.
Our solution was to install solid state, fanless J2 615 terminals that cannot overheat and are highly resistant to dust and liquids. These terminals can also be pole-mounted on the countertop to free up valuable workspace, creating a professional and clean look.
